I used boneless pork chops, our favorites, and allspice for the ginger since mine was moldy. The website also said to use minced garlic to give the feel of minced ginger. Added about a tablespoon or more of soy sauce to bring that flavor out more and used canola oil. The chops were tasty, liked the asian flair, and would like to make them again with the ginger.
